Whether it’s to get information transferred or to ask a question, contacting customer service is complex and frustrating. There’s a lot of problems that arise from procedural steps and automated communication. This project seeks to simply emulate those frustrating and anxiety-prone experiences with the lens of humor. Through a tone that is mostly comical, but subtly critical, this piece is a soft reflection on our experiences with bureaucratic communications.
